چکیده

Pruritus is a frequent symptom expressed by patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). Aquagenic pruritus (AP) the most emblematic. Incidence, intensity, related symptoms and evolutive risks of have never been extensively studied in MPN patients. MPN-SAF TSS auto-questionnaire was distributed before consultations, to all seen our institution. We collected events from February 2015 January 2020. 1444 questionnaires 504 (ET-54.4%, PV-37.7% PMF-7.9%). spontaneously reported 49.8% (PV=59%, p=0.004), including 44.6% AP (PV=51.9%, p<0.0001), whatever type or driver mutations. Patients suffering were more symptomatic (total score 26 vs 13, p<0.0001) had higher rate evolution into myelofibrosis/acute myeloid leukemia (19.5 9.1%, OR=2.42, p=0.0009). Among those stood out highest intensity values (p=0.008) (25.9 14.4%, p=0.025, OR=2.07). Furthermore, disappearance observed only 16.7% case compared 31.7% for other types (p<0.0001). Ruxolitinib hydroxyurea efficient drug on intensity. major constitutional MPN. In this study, we pointed global incidence across Pruritus, especially AP, should be assessed because its presence associated burden risk evolution.
